With unemployment above 10% thanks to some uncommon book keeping I wonder if the Movers and Shakers on Wall Street care to tell this Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature that America cannot create the jobs necessary for “We the People” a Green Sustainable Society? For why I realize that the stakes are high as no one of My Peers and Community Elders knows exactly what tomorrow will be if they cross that bridge. Nevertheless, given the Freewill of My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s and Their Children I do believe Americas’ 21^st Century Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders can establish the Proper Rules and Regulations needed to build the “Better World” spoke of by the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s.

For why I realize that some Americans have looked at the Bridge to the 21^st Century as a political prop, not being the same Gentleman as the President of the United States of America I do believe that Every American should know something about how Grandpas’ and Grandmas’ Common Knowledge and Common Sense got them out of the Great Depression and built the Worlds’ Only Super Power. Because why the Learned and Unlearned of Society may be stuck in the 1930’s and 1940’s, I do believe the Children of the 21^st Century need to ask their grandparents what fueled the explosion in the Standard of Living in the 1950’s. Since I do believe that even the most Ignorant CEO can understand the concept of needing funds in order to meet the challenges of the 21^st Century.

Because why I do not envy President Obama and Congress on the tasks set in front of them, but knowing a Better Healthcare System can be created, Personal Energy Independence can be taught, and an Economy built that will allow the Most Private Citizen meet his or her obligations to Government and Society. I wonder how many present day corporations are ready to see what “We the Corporation” can do given the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights of the Children of the 21^st Century. For why the Left and Right of Society may need a learning curve to see that “We the People” can show the Leaders of the East and West as well as Their Citizens what could have been done in the 1970’s if Your Parents, Grandparents, and Community Elders could have figured out why Americas’ Democratic and Republican Leadership claimed the Argument of Ignorance.

For why I know the Ideology of Generational Change has to be hard for even the smartest of the Learned and Unlearned of Society to get their heads around. As one who has had the pleasure of debating My Elders and Powers-that-Be about the Political Ignorance of My Brothers and Sisters, I wonder how many people over the age of 30 on Wall Street care to debate this American Layman on how they can help 100% of the Americas’ Workforce get back on their economic feet.

If you were given the choice between investing in your Community Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes or keep paying the health insurance companies, which one would you vote for? Now, is there any question why some on the Left and Right fear the Public Option? Could it be like politics, Health and Medical Care is a Local Issue. For why the CEOs of the Health Insurance Companies could learn a lesson from the Oil Companies raising the prices of their goods and services so high that it caused a global meltdown which created the banks around the world to need a bailout when many of their costumers where not in the position to continue to invest in a High Price 20^th Century Market. I do hope that President Obama and Congress can look at the next 100 years and come up with a plan that challenges the Children of the 21^st Century to come up with a way to make Health and Medical Care affordable in their community.

For why you’ll have to ask your parents why America has Community and Private Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes, I do believe that the Charlatans and Vagabonds of Washington might want to rethink their ideas of Healthcare. Especially since one could say that the American Consumer is looking for an answer to their Health Question long before they start asking for Medical Advice from a Doctor of Medicine. Because why I have no control over what changes will help My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s keep up with their children, already knowing that the Youth of Today goes on-line to look up the health problem I can only guess at how far the Elders can bend the cost of doing healthcare as more Patients become informed.

Because why I can’t complain about the system built by My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s, someone needs to inform Glen Beck that it is learning to ask the right questions that matters. For if this Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature can see the day when the average citizen could get their health questions answered by a qualified worker instead of paying for Medical Advice from an already stressed out Doctor of Medicine. I do wonder why most Americans and Institutions do not take more interest in becoming an Informed Patient. Yet, still the Health and Medical Care Systems comes under fire which will require the Leaders of the 21^st Century to be smarter and still keep the promise that every American can get affordable healthcare.

So, in keeping with no strings attached let me ask you what would the cost of healthcare be in your community if the Hospitals was outfitted with the latest equipment for every illness found among the citizenry. And don’t forget about the Staffs pay for the year plus their housing if you are going to pay them low enough wages that will keep them out of the housing market. Plus, the medical supplies and of course all the other expenses it takes to meet the healthcare needs. Now, add in Natural Disasters and Acts of God as well as the medical emergencies introducing their own twist on the subject and you still haven’t got close to what Americas’ Senators and House Members must look at in the bill before them. But please, why you do need to watch the Democratic and Republican Elected Officials IMHO, don’t tell them that they do not know what they are talking about until you walk a few miles in their shoes. For why National Change is possible, I do believe the new opportunities opening up for the American Entrepreneur and Small Business Owner will inspire the next generation to learn more about how to live a healthier life. Seeing that bending the cost of healthcare is directly linked related to teaching your Parents and Grandparents how to be Informed Patients.

Why Congress thinks about making healthcare mandatory for every American, I have to wonder why the Home Insurance Companies, Banks, and Financial Institutions have not obligatory that any structure built within 50 miles of a flood plain carry Federal Flood Insurance since it seems the so-called Insurance Experts told many of the Consumers that they did not need to spend part of the Home Owners Insurance on such services. Could it be that unlike Healthcare Insurance which is responsible for horrendous medical bills of their clients, the Home Insurance Experts have not learned that Nature does not care about their flood plans?

In fact, with Healthcare and Katrina fresh in the minds of many and every American one step away from catastrophic Illness, Injury, or Natural Disaster wiping them out, would not a Person of Common Sense realize why Americas’ Federal Government owns and operates the National Flood Insurance. For why my hearts certainly goes out to all who lost their homes in the recent rains in and around Atlanta, Ga. Like those who insist on living a high risk lifestyle I hope that those living in the designated flood plains had Federal Flood Insurance. And though I will respect My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s and say that those citizens living within 10 miles of any waterway should have known or been told that there is a chance (odds) that they too may be at risk of losing everything. I do wish that the Left and Right would at least look at a National Catastrophic Insurance Policy that would provide affordable Health and Life Insurance for those citizens living in the danger zone.

Because why I don’t know what can be done to deal with those who knew or should have known that a house built 500 feet above sea level can be flooded by a few inches of rain or those Charlatans and Vagabonds who still insist that Private Insurance can handle medical bills that can run into the millions, I do hope that My Peers and Community Elders will take the time to remind the American Consumer that purchasing Catastrophic Insurance in Health and Home is a Personal Responsibility that has a National Effect. Because why Congress may have to figure out the details of how to pay for such events, I do believe the Logic and Reason that makes Federal Flood Insurance possible would be a good reference point for anyone trying to make the stand for a Federal Life Plan.

So, good luck to those will have to fight their insurance agent for every penny of payment while still making the mortgage payment. For why I am sure that there is a whole lot of American Small Business Owners who would love to sell you the supplies to rebuild, I would not blame any American for letting the property go to foreclosure and starting fresh in a new area of the State or Region.

As I watch the far right make a fool of itself I do believe that the far left needs to explain to them that Political Discord is an unfair debate. For just as soon as you say no to change health care reform the other side wins by default. Because unless you are willing to give the political position of removing all health care in America than building a Medical Industry capable of providing every American a better lifestyle is your only option. And why there are many paths to that end, I do believe that Political Discord is suppose to be directed at discussing with Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders the issue not trying to shout them down.

Yes, just like the Automotive Industry, the Medical Industry in America is already at the point where without the Government Assistance we would loss almost 1/6^th of our economy and health care coverage for all Americans. For if the Banks and Wall Street was almost belly up at the beginning of the year than I can’t think of one Health Insurance Company today that could prove their books were solvent for the next ten years. And why I’m not in for another round of bail outs, I do believe that a lot can be done by “We the People” over the next few years to help Congress pass a Comprehensive Health Care Plan that can deliver the medical services American need over the next 40 years as well as advance the Medical Industry in America to a whole new level. Since I do believe that once Americans figure out that with a Basic First-Aid class and some studying of Basic EMT training as the surest way to cut the cost of Health Insurance and have a conversation with your doctor, Health Care will never be the same again.

So please, unless you want to debate the total dismantling of the Medical Industry in America than grow up and realize that the Debate of Labor and Management is to discover a large enough government footprint that will open up more opportunities in the Medical Flied so the Elders and Powers-that-Be can make money regulating them. Now if those opportunities happen to be a way to save the American Consumer, Small Business Owner, and Taxpayer some money than I guess it is a Judgment Call by My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s. But remember this, just as the CEO’s and top management of the Automotive Industry had to come to terms with higher gas mileage to lessen the load of inflation. So will the Medical Industry have to realize that in order to stay in the Private Sector, they too will come to terms with the fact that the American Consumer, Small Business Owner, and Taxpayer are not going to stand still waiting for a train wreck to happen. Especially since, someday it will become Common Knowledge that one in America can be Self-Insured simply by having a Managed Personal Medical Savings Plan.

Thus, I encourage Political Discord with your Elected Official over any issue or question that comes along. For why you can’t force them to answer in Public, if you stay within the Unwritten Code of Conduct your parents told you about. You might get your answer in Private. Because if you haven’t figured it out by now, most of Americas’ Democratic and Republican Elected Officials love to hear civilized solutions from those they represent. But if you still want to kick and scream about “We the People” reforming Health Care as well as deny My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s their Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights. Than lets go Creek Jumping My Way and see how far you will go in promoting an America with no Health Care in front of Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders. Just remember the Political Discord is can America build a Medical Industry that promotes a Healthy Lifestyle.

Why better than the political responses of the 30 years ago, in my opinion agreeing to disagree is more typical of My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s than that held by the Children of the 21^st Century. And though explain how two Rights can make a Wrong will take as long to explain as how two Wrongs don’t make a Right. Personally I was hoping that a Man from Academia and a Man from Law Enforcement could do a better job of understanding than Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders. Because why I know the lift is heavy, like two parents trying to do what is Unalienable Right for their Child I do believe most Americans would agree that the Clash of Authority is why “We the People” rely on our Grandparents and the Courts of the Land to have the final word.

So why I commend President Obama on his attempt to have a teachable moment about an Individuals Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights as well as the Duties of a Law Enforcement Agent. I do believe the one person who could have bridged the gap of understanding between the two parties was notably absence from what the media is calling the Beer Summit. However, I do believe a Dinner Summit would have been a more formal setting for Chief Justice Roberts to attend and could have moved the conversation forward and beyond the political spectrum.

Since why both men are certainly entitled to their own opinion of what happened and why things got out of hand. In keeping with the Presidents’ Teachable Moment, I do believe that the Worlds of Academia and Law Enforcement like Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders still have a long road to travel before either side can see the Natural Gap of Human Knowledge and Wisdom that separates Man and Woman.

One would hope and think that a Senator from the first state to succeed from the Union during the Civil War would know better than to introduce the idea that the Federal Government is going to tell the States to give up their Rights to Choice who does business within their borders. Talk about a Political Oops from a Republican Party Leader who says their Ideology is to protect Individual and States Rights from the Democratic Party. For why I’ll have to let you decide if it was done out of Political Ignorance or falls into the Creek of Political Stupidity by the young Senator, but in my opinion as an Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature it is important enough to the Lone Voices lost in the Wilderness that a strong response is warranted.

For why not the first comment by the so-called No-Nothing Party to cross the line and give me the power to respond boldly, I do wonder if his comment will not be his Waterloo. For how ridiculous is it for a Republican to suggest that the best way to reduce health care costs is force States to open their doors and submit their citizens to every insurance company in America. Especially since the party loyal have always respected the States and Individual Rights?

Yes, Senator Demint may have the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights to voice his own opinion; however, after listening to him on Wolf just a few minutes ago. I have to wonder how much support his idea has with the rest of the Washington Republicans and Conservatives across the Land. Since why I may accept Congress lessening the restrictions that allow a list of Approved Health Insurance Companies to apply to the States for permission to do business within their borders, but to be honest. I would rather see a Pig Fly than to have the Federal Government order any State to accept some of the Insurance Companies doing so-called business. For does Senator Demint think that corporations like United Health are not going to play the Big Bad Wolf with their $800 million dollars a quarter profit?

So please, for the sake of the sanity of the nation start teaching the Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders the meaning of stupidly. Because why I may not agree with the Democratic Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders on all (if any) of the issues, I’m getting real weary of defending a political party that does not seem to learn from their own mistakes. For why Management should have a seat at the table with Labor, if the last 8 years of Political Incorrectness from both side of the political coin of life has not shown you that there is a better way forward. What will?

Thank God the Founding Fathers of America knew that a High School Graduate could be smarter than a Harvard Professor using Common Knowledge and Common Sense. For why I am glad to see that Law Enforcement realized that getting locked out of your house may get one upset. I do believe the Professor should have known that such a stunt would require him to show Proof of Residence if the police drove by or was called to the property. For just as a citizen has to show Proof of Ownership before the police can unlock your car today, the times have changed from the days when the local Law Enforcement helped crooks gain illegal entry. So please, why I realize that some may call it racial profiling or denying the Professor of his Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights. The fact that this long haired White Male could and would have been charged with impeding a Law Enforcement Agent from carrying out his lawful duties  by overstepping My Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights as an Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature and going on a rampage does not mean the Professor suffered racial profiling.

Instead in My Opinion, the Harvard Professor should have thanked the Police Officer for insuring that the persons entering the house actually lived there. And then if he had any questions on how the Police Officer conducted himself, he did have the option to ask the Individual for his badge number and the name of his supervisor. For whether it was to complain or give praise about what happened would have been a personal thing. And though he still might have been stone walled by the cop, a simple call to the local Police Station and who responded to the address would be a matter of the record.

Yes, I could believe that the police officers that showed up at the Professors’ home might have not used good judgment especially if they were rookies; however, having had my fair share of dealing with local Law Enforcement and knowing that they can no longer take for granted that a sharp dressed man is a Righteous Gentleman. I do believe that the cooler heads at the police station did the right thing by calling it a misunderstanding and drop the charges. For I can say from personal experience, that being aggressive toward a Law Enforcement Agent attempting to carry out his lawful duties will get you a trip downtown.  So before you call it racially motivated, the Professor needs to ask himself if he was respecting the Law and not just ranting over being caught at locked out of his own home.

Are you shocked to hear that the CIA withheld information from Members of Congress and the Public after 9/11? Well, given the atmosphere in the Whitehouse and Washington to protect certain data and programs as America went to war I do believe that history will show that the CIA was told to keep tight lipped and avoid leaks at all costs. So how is it that the Democratic and Republicans of today seem shocked to hear that they were not told everything when even the lead up to the War in Iraq left both sides without all the necessary data to make an informed decision before the 2002 Election. And why I will not defend such actions from the CIA or close the eyes to the fact that Congress did not ask the necessary questions to hold the Whitehouse accountable over the last 8 years. Old enough to remember the Late 60’s and Early 70’s and the mess that America was in when it finally released that the CIA was spying on its own citizens I do wonder about the timing of this latest uncovering of supposed misconduct. I have to ask who did not know the CIA was withholding information.

However, now that Congress and the Public has been told that from 2001 the CIA did have a program that may have kept certain data from being compromised by remaining silent I do believe the Politically Correct thing to do is to have the House and Senate Committees start public hearings and waste millions of dollars “We the People” do not have. Since if the Republicans are going to score political points showing the Speaker of the House lied about not being informed (an almost impossible case to make) than the American Public are going to have to air secret information that could jeopardize our national security.

And though I agree Congress needs to look into the problems caused by a system failure to follow the Rules and Procedures of Law, given the nature of the business and ones’ inability to openly comment on the facts I do believe that the Committees time would be better spent if all parties worked on a solution that would properly teach its members how to ask the CIA what they know. For Public Hearings or behind Closed Doors, I do wonder if even the Chairpersons over the last 8 years even thought to ask the CIA any questions on the information that was supposed to have been withheld from Congress. Since I do not remember hearing one question asking for any information available that Iraq did not have WMD’s before given President Bush unfettered power to take America to war in 2002.

Will the real Senators from the Land of Lincoln please stand up? Sick of hearing from both sides of the issue I wonder if anyone would care to explain why a Citizen of Illinois would accept the Senate seat of Obama from the current governor knowing that it would cause such a media backlash. I mean even Abe; would have a problem seeing the logic and reason behind what has motivated Roland Burris. For though I can see him wanting to help the citizens of his state be represented, I do have to question what was given or offered by him or others on his behalf that has not made it on the public radar. So, in the Year of Change I do believe that why a Good Man would be driven to take the Office by any means necessary. I do believe that a Great Man would and should look at the Principles and Standards of the Spirit of the Law and allow the Citizens of his State have the only voice on who will represent them in the Halls of Congress. So, in my humble opinion I hope the Senate and Roland Burris will embrace the idea of him holding the office for the next 120 days so that the Citizens of Illinois will be represented by their two senators during this time of change, but surrender the seat to the person chosen by the new governor as it looks like the current one will soon be looking for another job.

Before the Republicans start accusing others of sexism they may want to explain why the GOP has done nothing to stop the “School Girl Palin” action figure from being sold. True, the word “Lipstick” may have created a diversion in the media, but as a shot of reality. I have to ask the Conservative Ladies of Society if they believe that it is appropriate for their first female VP Candidate to be shown in such a demeanor.  

Yes, it seems IMHO that a false claim of sexism has been leveled against Obama just to cause a divide in the country. For unless the Right is willing to admit that they do not know the difference between a pit bull and a pig than I do believe that the Republican Leadership has a lot of explaining to do. Because given the Argument of Class, does having their VP Candidate and a Governor of a State dressed and sold as a School Girl?
