Not to pick on Senator Lindsey of South Carolina, but I do believe that I would enjoy debating him on the argument that the House Healthcare Bill is died on arrival to the Senate. For why I doubt if any Incumbent would be looked on favorably by My Community Elders and Peers if the Health Insurance Companies were allowed to increase the Premium Payments made by their Cities, Counties, and State next year, I will concede that the Democratic Lead House failed to deliver to the doorsteps of the Senate a Bill which would lead to a Pre-Paid Health and Medical Care System in America. Yet, knowing that debate is better left to the next generation of Citizens and Politicians, I do hope the Maturity of the Senators will focus on how to keep Americas’ Community Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes operational, increase the income of Americas’ Doctors, Nurses, and Medical Staff, plus reduce the cost of Employer Based Healthcare Insurance.

For why a tall order I have no doubt that Reasonable Humans can find a way to improve Americas’ Health and Medical Care System using 21^st Century Innovation and Technology so such reasonable goals can be meet. Because why I am impressed that My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s did so well under the Leadership of Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders building Community 911 Call Centers, Ambulances, and EMTs in order to pay for the current healthcare system. Having met some of My Peers and Community Elders Children from All Walks of Life, My political question to Americas’ Elected Officials and Citizens is how far your Children will have to go in revolutionizing the way Commerce and Industry looks at having Healthy Productive Labor and Management in a Free Society.

Why I know that Congress has worked hard to get a healthcare reform bill, but if Americans are going to lower the cost of healthcare and their insurance than we are going to have to find another way to obtain their Health and Medical Needs. For just like in the Early 1970’s when Over the Counter Drugs where greatly expanded so most Americans could Self-Medicate their ills so I do believe that most Health and Medical Advice can be greatly expanded. For why I can understand why the Establishment in the 60’s was forced to take control of the Health and Medical Industry or risk taking America back to the days when Snake Oils were sold as cure I hope My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s will look at all the ways your children can improve Elderly Care in America.

Because gone are the days were you grow up with the same doctor offering health and medical advice, in fact, I suppose you would get yelled at if you took your infant to many of today’s doctors. And why that is not saying that Specialized Medicine does not have its place in Government and Society, but faces the reality that as you grow up (not old) the Self-Knowledge and Wisdom needed to stay healthy changes. Yet, given the shortage of General Practitioners and those Doctors of Medicine who specialize in Elderly Medical Procedures and Services, I do believe that like Day Surgery many more Myths can be busted.

For who among the Baby Boomers want to be warehoused in their Golden Age? In fact, I would be willing to bet that the Children of the 70’s are not going silently to hospitals and rest homes. No, with such Elderly Services as Meals on Wheels and other in home services that allows a senior to stay in their own home until their final day I imagine that with the expanded services of the internet and the Post Office you can get everything you need delivered to your door with just a few clicks of a mouse or a phone call.

For why the Health Reform Bill of 2009 may be more about laying the framework for such things to happen, I’m afraid that the Children of the 21^st Century as well as some of My Community Elders and Peers are going to have to learn that the Government and Society of “We the People” does not have an Auto-Pilot, but a group of dedicated Individuals and Institutions which are fortunate enough to call themselves Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders trying to manage the American Baron. . And why they have Our 911 Call Centers, Ambulances, and EMTs of the 70’s to build upon, ask Your Children if they cannot see the Day when the Family Doctor starts teaching Americans how to become “Medically Self-Sufficient” just because they get weary of answering the questions of Common Illnesses. So please, why Congress does have to do something about the power grab of the Health and Medical Industries Now! I do hope that you will advice your children that they should demand better Services and Procedures from their Community Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes.

What do you call it when a person misses the opportunity to show Americas’ Democratic and Republican Elected Officials that there is a Viable Private Business Solution to Americas’ Health Insurance Issue? Well, watching the Hannity Show this weekend I was shocked when I realized that the host was so caught up into bashing the Obama Healthcare Reform Plan that he overlooked Doctor John Muney as he spoke about offering his patients a $79.00 monthly Health Care Package instead of dealing with the health insurance companies. For why the experts and pundits can debate if it was done out of Arrogance or Ignorance, I wonder how it feels to give your political opponent the ammunition needed to revoke the Anti-Trust Status of the Health Insurance Companies. Given that I still haven’t found a single American who can tell me the last time the health insurance companies invested in affordable healthcare

For why I realize that such opportunity has the potential to harm many uninformed patients, I also see the potential for the Community General Practitioners to get paid answering the Health and Medical Questions of their Patients. Something it seems the health insurance companies are unwilling to pay for. Yet, IMHO essential if an American is going to become medically self-sufficient. Nevertheless, as a way to directly lower the cost for about 80% of the Health and Medical Care an Individual needs to live a productive life I do hope that President Obama and Congress will speak with the Powers-that-Be and find a Viable Political Solution so America can keep enjoying both Community and Private Health and Medical Procedures and Services.

However, I do believe the one crudity about this particular political shooting star is that the No-Nothing Party has been silenced by one of their own. For how can you say you are against the Obama Plan when by default you proved that Affordable Healthcare for all Americans can be achieved? 

So please be nice to Hannity for he may not know what he did, but on the off chance he did I do hope that My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s and Their Children will hold him to the same Principles and Standards that you do for this Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature.

With 4897 hospitals http://www.statehealthfacts.org/profileind.jsp?ind=394&cat=8&rgn=1 in America one would have to believe that each administration will have over $100,000,000.00 in unpaid bills ($489,700,000,000.00) over the next 10 year just to put a dent in the healthcare reform bill making its way through Congress. Yet, seeing that many of these facilities are already paid for and has been equipped over the last 30 years at the Taxpayers Expense I am amazed that a simple Google search will not allow me to access the Average Annual Hospital Budget or the projected needs of the Medical Staff. In fact, other than knowing that the Health and Medical Leaders are calling for more money to provide procedures and services that they already refute as unnecessary or unable to fund or keep paying out million dollar bonuses I haven’t heard even one good reason why America needs more hospitals or medical facilities.

Yet, here we are ready to spend almost another $ 1 trillion dollars over the next 10 years up and beyond the billions all ready slated to be spent on a single sector of society and still that is not good enough for the loyal opposition to President Obama and the American Public. So, instead of calling for boycotts, strikes, and other civil disobedient I wonder how much more the Americans Corporations are willing to give up before they drop the hammer. Because why just a few years ago the Health and Medical Industry had less than 1/6^th of the Economy, I wonder if the Barons of Medicine will even stop until they own 100% of the Market. Especially since one can make the argument that it will take the entire Workforce to deal with the Retirement of the Baby Boomers.

Thus, the Members of Congress and the other Special Interest Groups need to take a moment and THINK! For why does the same simple medical procedure that cost $1,000.00 in 1999 now seem to cost $3,000.00 with a projected increase to over $6,000.00? Could it be that new breakthroughs have lowered the costs? How about a new pill that eliminates the medical procedure altogether? No, well other than Profits and Big Bonuses to the Top Management how much of the new funds will go to increase the pay of the Medical Staff? Yes, the Healthcare System in America is full of abuse by everyone; nevertheless, the idea that we can throw more money at the problem without demanding change from the top to the bottom is just in my opinion kicking the health crisis down the road.

So why I realize it is hard for most Americans to understand that the Health and Medical Industry are taking in more money than the Consumers, Small Business Owners, and Taxpayers can afford even if you consider their lifetime payments. Short of mandating price and taking away the Health Administrations’ Tax Deductions what other pressure can be put on these Private Businesses seeing that the Oil Companies attempted the same thing a few years ago.

Although I will not go as far as to say that President Obama and Congress has had a perfect 8 months, I will say that they have done a better job than the Republicans in dealing with the fact that President Bush stated publicly that his Administration did not have a clue on how to handle the Generational Change facing America and Humanity. For having stopped the free fall of home values and saved most Americans 401k plans after they lost millions, created the foundation for a Green Economy, and taken on those Corporations who still insisted raising their prices and profits I do believe that the Children of the 21^st Century have a better opportunity than the Republicans listening to the Members of the No Nothing Party. However, the time of fearing the Reaper is over and why I realize some fear the old saying “Wait till you have kids” to quote someone famous “Parents’ You Just Don’t Understand!”

Actually, like I asked them when are you going to explain “Children, you just don’t understand?” For why I know the Republicans are trying to protect the guaranteed civil and constitutional rights of such folks as Rush, Hannity, and Glen; since it seems they can speak “The Truth” to many who say they oppose any government involvement and the ability of the Powers-that-Be to influence the President of the United States of America and Congress. Because knowingly or unknowingly they realize that for Americans to reach their full potential than the Barons of Society will have to go to extremes to meet the Challenge of “Zero Weight 100% Traction” and in the view of some people will do anything to keep the Status Quo in Power.

Yet, why not talked much about by your Parents and Grandparents for reasons I’ll let them explain is the fact that the Freedom of Speech comes at one hell of a price. Especially since you cannot tell this Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature that it would be right to teach Your Children that it is ok to lie to Their Parents. And hence, lights the Political Problem of Generational Debate. Because why I can say that My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s have “Agreed to Disagree” when confronted with such political questions from Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders. Blessed as an American to have lived long enough to see Their Children willing to challenge me to a Technical Debate even if it means they may have to take a trip around the corner with Their Peers and Community Elders. I hope they don’t mind if I explain a few things to the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s in terms that they will understand. Because why I won’t go as far as to say that they are Ignorant of a Sustained World, seeing that the Founding Fathers of America was smart enough to limit the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Right of an American Layman Citizen while extending the Pleasure of a Self-Sufficient Government and Society to the Office of the President of the United States of America I am 100% sure that Your Parents, Grandparents, and Powers-that-Be will listen to the Logic and Reason that can prove that Political Argument.

For example; we all know that soon the retirees in the country compared to the workers in America will be 3:1, but no one is talking about what will happen if “We the People” keep thinking that “Warehousing the Elderly” is the most cost effective way to provide healthcare to seniors. Because why it has leas to Americas’ ability to ensure every American access to Medical Beds and Facilities, how much value will these building be worth one all the Baby Boomers are gone? In fact, I personally think that if we eliminate the needs of the Baby Boomers from the current healthcare debate and only looked at the costs associated in educating Americans on how they can become “Medically Self-Sufficient and Self-Insured” over the next 100 years that the Public Debate in Washington and around the Dinner Table would be a whole lot different than it was 30 some years ago.

Since, I suppose a lot of the opposition to healthcare reform extends from the fact that some of the Youth of the 60’s and Silver of the 70’s supporters are scared to death that they will be treated as bad as they treated their parents and grandparents. For why I have no problem imagining that some Members of Congress probably would take the political stance that All Baby Boomers pay for their own healthcare and let the consequences be what they may. I also know that Americas’ Elected Officials are held to a higher standard thanks to the Common Sense of the Youth of the 21^st Century and Their Parents. Yet, if America can’t “Warehouse the Elderly” and make a profit than what are we suppose to do in order to provide for the medical needs of our seniors as well as raise the awareness of living a Healthy Lifestyle among the Children of the World?

Well, plus or minus what Congress hands to the President to sign into Law, most Americans are going to have to use Home Care Services for the Elderly due to the high costs of healthcare and health insurance since I doubt any healthcare reform will insist that Government and Society create all the beds and facilities needed by the Baby Boomers. And why not a bad thing, I do believe that with the technology in the hands of the Children of the 21^st Century that the Health and Medical Industry in America needs to think serious about letting the Barons of Society invade the Home Care Services so that lower costs for Health Information will be the Driving Force needed to bend the curve of Healthcare and Health Insurance while building the Wealth needed to ensure Americas’ R&D stays in the lead on the latest breakthroughs.

Why Congress thinks about making healthcare mandatory for every American, I have to wonder why the Home Insurance Companies, Banks, and Financial Institutions have not obligatory that any structure built within 50 miles of a flood plain carry Federal Flood Insurance since it seems the so-called Insurance Experts told many of the Consumers that they did not need to spend part of the Home Owners Insurance on such services. Could it be that unlike Healthcare Insurance which is responsible for horrendous medical bills of their clients, the Home Insurance Experts have not learned that Nature does not care about their flood plans?

In fact, with Healthcare and Katrina fresh in the minds of many and every American one step away from catastrophic Illness, Injury, or Natural Disaster wiping them out, would not a Person of Common Sense realize why Americas’ Federal Government owns and operates the National Flood Insurance. For why my hearts certainly goes out to all who lost their homes in the recent rains in and around Atlanta, Ga. Like those who insist on living a high risk lifestyle I hope that those living in the designated flood plains had Federal Flood Insurance. And though I will respect My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s and say that those citizens living within 10 miles of any waterway should have known or been told that there is a chance (odds) that they too may be at risk of losing everything. I do wish that the Left and Right would at least look at a National Catastrophic Insurance Policy that would provide affordable Health and Life Insurance for those citizens living in the danger zone.

Because why I don’t know what can be done to deal with those who knew or should have known that a house built 500 feet above sea level can be flooded by a few inches of rain or those Charlatans and Vagabonds who still insist that Private Insurance can handle medical bills that can run into the millions, I do hope that My Peers and Community Elders will take the time to remind the American Consumer that purchasing Catastrophic Insurance in Health and Home is a Personal Responsibility that has a National Effect. Because why Congress may have to figure out the details of how to pay for such events, I do believe the Logic and Reason that makes Federal Flood Insurance possible would be a good reference point for anyone trying to make the stand for a Federal Life Plan.

So, good luck to those will have to fight their insurance agent for every penny of payment while still making the mortgage payment. For why I am sure that there is a whole lot of American Small Business Owners who would love to sell you the supplies to rebuild, I would not blame any American for letting the property go to foreclosure and starting fresh in a new area of the State or Region.

Looking out well beyond what Americas’ Democratic and Republican Elected Officials can see; I wonder if My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s realize that they can direct Congress to set aside the Warehousing Mentality of the 60’s and 70’s provided that they and their children can come up with a Better Idea on how to handle the Elderly of Society. Because why the Elders and Powers-that-Be won’t let me take My Peers out and dispose of them properly, a little birdie tells me that President Obama is willing to listen to a story of Logic and Reason that shows the Children of the 21^st Century can Create; Design; and Execute a Better Health and Medical System than their Parents and Grandparents can even Imagine. For why a 3:1 ratio of Elderly to Workers may put them at a disadvantage not of their own making. With the right combination of mindset and technology, should I say that I would warn the Children of the 21^st Century to limit what their Parents and Grandparents want?

For why it would be nice to see the day when every American can enjoy their Golden Age in Good Health and an Active Life, getting the Health and Medical Industry geared up to handle such a monumental task is going to take Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders a few years of working overtime. Because could you imagine if your parents had unlimited expenses to keep them healthy and living an active life well into their 80’s and 90’s? Sort of makes a $1 trillion dollars look small compared to the fact that the Baby Boomers have never seen a Spending Bill that they didn’t like. Yet, I still think the Home Care Services provided by the Private Sector could do a better job promoting the Health of Their Clients while ensuring that any Medical Attention required is promptly meet.

Yet, it seems to me that it is one of the Players who is not at the Table of Congress that I am aware of in the healthcare debate. And so why I won’t tell the Children of the 21^st Century how to use that Argument to regain control of the Health Insurance Companies, knowing that no person can guarantee an Individuals’ Health only medical expenses I do believe the Powers-that-Be will allow Civil Discussion on what Home Care Services would be seen as Basic Health and Medical Coverage from the cradle to the grave. Especially seeing that the type of medical care America will certainly undergo several upgrades over the next 100 years and going back to the days when someone perform operations on their kitchen table is not an option. Because why I do not oppose a Public Option, I do believe that with a Properly Structured Co-Op My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s can help Their Children step toward making sure every American becomes “Medically Self-Sufficient and Self-Insured for investing a Better Healthcare Plan

Waiting to hear what President Obama has to say tonight about the need to reform healthcare, let me explain to my readers why I do believe that given the current conditions of Americas’ Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes that healthcare reform needs to be done. For why I won’t go so far as to say the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s think more of their cars than they do their loved ones, Nevertheless, seeing that My Peers and Community Elders hold their Auto Insurance Companies, Manufactures, and Mechanics to a higher standard than their Health Insurance and Medical Industries should speak louder than any voice in the Wilderness. Yet, seeing the No-Nothing Party of the 21^st Century dare to say yes to My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s becoming Medically Dependent upon the business of healthcare insurance and the medical industries I hope that President Obama embraces a Public Option that will promote all Americans having the opportunity to begin working on making their family “Medically Self-Sufficient and Self-Insured” while Reinvesting in Americas’ Healthcare System of Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes.

Because why I’m not sure of how solvent Americas’ Health Insurance Companies and Medical Facilities after losing millions like most Americans, I do know that with a Retirement Force beginning to outnumbering the Workforce that Americas’ Rest Homes are going to need to undergo a serious Renovation. For why others can give you the projected numbers of beds that will be needed over the next 10-20 years, they fail to say what will happen after these beds are no longer needed or even how to staff the facilities that will have to be built. Yet, knowing Americans are not going to go back to the Warehousing of the Old and no amount of money is going to save my generation from the lack of preparation and oversight of the Youth of the 60’s and 70’s I do believe that with the internet and other innovations that Home Care can give us some relief to the high costs of following in the footprints of the Barbaric Healthcare System of the 19^th and 20^th Century.

For why I know it may be a burden to even think about what Americas’ Hospitals, Medical Facilities, and Rest Homes will look like a 100 years from now; however, seeing that Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders have been the ones to bring up the Debate of Healthcare in America all I can say is;

In looking at what Americas; Forefathers and Ancestors have achieved in the last 233 years to ensure every American had access to the best healthcare system in the world, can My Peers and Community Elders listen to the Children of the 21^st Century so future generations will not grow up knowing that they are subjects of Americas’ Health Insurance Companies and Medical Industry Societal Monopoly on Health and Medical Advice.

Born out of necessity Americas’ Forefathers knew that being medically self-sufficient was a matter of survival to the extent that in 1787 twenty four prominent Philadelphians founded the College of Physicians of Philadelphia http://www.collphyphil.org/erics/cpphistory.htm which is a not-for-profit educational and cultural institution dedicated to advancing the cause of health, and upholding the ideals and heritage of medicine. In fact, today Americas’ National Library of Medicine http://www.nlm.nih.gov/index.html founded in 1836 invites you to use their library online as they offer material dating from the 11^th Century to present. So why I hear some folks talk about taking healthcare back to what our Founding Fathers envisioned I wonder how many citizens today could handle the Healthcare System of Americas’ Forefathers. 

And why Americas’ Ancestors over the last 150 years have worked hard to bring every community a hospital and the medical facilities needed by their citizens, being only 50 years old I can still remember hearing stories of back street and backwoods operations taking place in the 1960’s. So when you hear someone that America has the best healthcare in the world, ask them from what viewpoint do they make that zealous claim. For why I can say with complete conviction that My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s have come a long way in ensuring Americas’ Community First Responders have worked hard to get every American to the hospitals and medical facilities in record time. So why the Old Folks (those over the age of 30) may cry that the current Healthcare System works fine and that any reform is only going to hurt them. Seeing that the passing of Senator Kennedy proves that even with the best health insurance and medical care money can buy cannot keep a Human healthy. The question that “We the People” need to ask ourselves and Congress is what kind of Healthcare System does America need to provide Health Coverage and if need be Medical Coverage for the next generation of “We the People” in order that Our Government and Society can advance the cause of health and uphold the ideals and heritage of medicine.  

Because why none of us may know when the next breakthrough in bio-technology or discovery of a wonder drug will lead to you living over 100 years, did you know that there are things we can do right now that can greatly reduce medical costs while increasing the quality of care each human receives from Americas’ Healthcare System. For example; enhanced 911 Services can through remote screening and video up-link put our community first responders on the scene within seconds and help the ordinary citizen provide the first five minutes of healthcare so critical to saving the lives. And remote medical observation 24/7 in the comfort of your home with the help of new vital machines may someday lead to a Healthcare System that is beyond the wildest dreams of us all.  

So why I’m not going to say that Congress will every build the Perfect Healthcare System or be able to pay for Health Insurance for all Americans. Understanding that most Americans still can’t answer the simple question: Is a cut a Health or Medical Problem? And your grandparents will not allow me to exploit the difference between an Individuals’ General Practitioner and a Doctor of Medicine even if I would bring My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s a robotic medical staff thanks to the Youth of the 60’s. I can say with complete honesty that “We the People” have a long road to haul in order to meet the Vision of Americas’ Founding Fathers.

If I told you that every American could have a complete medical staff at their beckon call in the 21^st Century, would you take the same political stance as President Obama? For inspired by his comment that he was not sure the average American could have the same medical coverage as the President of the United States of America. I’ll have to send him to the experts and his children to explain how to do a video up-link on the internet. For with the invention of Remote Medical Screening, I do believe that through Enhanced First Responders Services every American cannot only have equal access to the medical knowledge they need to make an informed decision, but have instant access to the medical staff of their choosing.

Yes, even though I hold the political view that Congress should outlaw any and all medical procedures and services so every American is treated equally and fairly. I realize that My Peers and Community Elders of the 70’s have invested heavily in seeing that every American had readily access to Doctors and Hospitals with such things as 911 Call Centers, Ambulances, and EMTs to fulfill the aspirations of Americas’ Ancestors over the past 100 years. And why I do believe that a lot of Civil Unrest comes from the fact that many Americans are awakening by the fact that when they leave the Doctors’ Office that the medical bill is not paid in full even when they have the Best Health Insurance in the Land as believed by Americas’ Forefathers. I also know that the Founding Fathers of America gave “We the People” great power to handle the runaway cost of Health Insurance and basic medical procedures and services. For to me, Common Sense dictates that if “We” lower the number of visits to the Doctors’ Office than you lower the payout of the Health Insurance Companies which forces (through regulations if necessary) the lowering of Personal Health Care Insurance. However, understanding why Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders are for better or worse Politically Unalienable Correct, I do believe that through Enhanced First Responders Services will help the next Generation become more enlightened about what it takes to become Medically Self-Sufficient.

Because why I may not be an expert in Enhanced First Responders Services nor tell you how to go about researching your medical needs, I do realize that in creating a Community 911 Remote Evaluation and Extraction Service for the 21^st Century that the entire Community Medical Services are just an Up-Link away. And why I know that there are more reasons to do than reduce the unnecessary trips to the doctors’ office or emergency room for all Americans, the benefits that it will give to the Government and Society remains Nameless in the Wilderness. Since, in having no personal experiences in Video Up-Link this Child of the 70’s knows better than to challenge the Political Freewill and Thinking of the Children of the 70’s when it comes to building a Better World than Their Parents.
