Change Does Not Mean Almost
January 6, 2009 by ItheConsumer.
Will the real Senators from the Land of Lincoln please stand up? Sick of hearing from both sides of the issue I wonder if anyone would care to explain why a Citizen of Illinois would accept the Senate seat of Obama from the current governor knowing that it would cause such a media backlash. I mean even Abe; would have a problem seeing the logic and reason behind what has motivated Roland Burris. For though I can see him wanting to help the citizens of his state be represented, I do have to question what was given or offered by him or others on his behalf that has not made it on the public radar. So, in the Year of Change I do believe that why a Good Man would be driven to take the Office by any means necessary. I do believe that a Great Man would and should look at the Principles and Standards of the Spirit of the Law and allow the Citizens of his State have the only voice on who will represent them in the Halls of Congress. So, in my humble opinion I hope the Senate and Roland Burris will embrace the idea of him holding the office for the next 120 days so that the Citizens of Illinois will be represented by their two senators during this time of change, but surrender the seat to the person chosen by the new governor as it looks like the current one will soon be looking for another job.

Bringing the Best this Year
January 2, 2009 by ItheConsumer.
Looking forward to getting back to blogging about the everyday issues of politics with everybody, I do hope that I find My Democratic and Republican Pundits up to the tasks facing America. For asking you to bring your very best to the table, I look forward to bringing my best this year as I speak out. So, please help me by pushing back for the worst that will happen is that we have to get politically technical with each other on the subject.
For why I am not sure what will happen, I do know that the time has come for the Establishment of the Late 60’s and Early 70’s to turn the Reign of Power over to the Establishment of the 21st Century. The only question that I put to My Peers is Simple. Do “We the People” have to drag you kicking and screaming across the Bridge built by your Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders of the 20th Century?

Expanding the Political Mind
January 2, 2009 by ItheConsumer.
Can America build a Self-Sufficient* Society in the 21st Century?
Having just posted over at Watchblog.com under Defending Obama, I thought it only appropriate to post on my blog why I have hope that My Democratic, Independent, and Republican Citizens and Leaders will be able to meet the Challenges facing America in the 21st Century seeing that President Elect Obama says he is a huge support of Self-Sufficient Ideas. And though I realize that it might take a few years to get My Peers and Their Parents to see the Knowledge and Wisdom in helping the Children of the 21st Century change the world by teaching their Children the lessons of becoming Self-Sufficient as Individuals, a Nation, and a Society. I do believe and stand ready to prove if need be that the Alternative of Staying the Course is no longer an Option that can be considered as politically viable.
For like the dinosaurs of yesterday, the burning of fossil fuel to power the cars, trains, and planes of Governments and Societies can no longer be supported by Logic and Reason. Because able to do things with this resource now and in the future which cannot be done by no other source of Nature, you only have to look at the Whale Oil Industry over the past 200 years to realize that America needs Detroit and Washington to step up and offer the American Consumer and Fleet Managers the opportunity to purchase an Electric Car powered by a generator that produces more electricity than it consumes. Since, in this Economic Time Frame it would be seen as a good investment for the Taxpayer to discover a way to reduce and possible eliminate the monthly fuel and transportation bill, I do see the savings to the American Small Business Owner and Consumer as being a great short and long term stimulus for the Establishment of America. Because how else can Labor and Management make up for the economical shortfall without increasing the cost of Labor and Management? And though there does exist the possibility of such solutions within the Framework of the Founding Documents of America and Humanity, I want to hear them put into a political debate about making America Energy Independent out of respect to My Democratic and Republican Elected Officials.
Since, not a perfect solution, but like Mr. T. Boone Pickens I do believe that if our Ancestors and Forefathers would have held the Cardinal Knowledge of the Wind 100 years ago that government and society presently holds that “We the People” would not have to worry over raising fuel prices in a shrinking return on investment in the economy. And why I cannot blame the Elders and Powers-that-Be of the 70’s for such a shortfall in Political and Societal Thinking knowing that Mans’ Logic and Reason had not evolved that far, I do believe that I can hold My Democratic and Republican Peers accountable to Their Children about the need to seriously upgrade Americas Transportation System. So, why My Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders can explain how building an Electric Car powered by Man-made Wind can help the average American become Self-Sufficient by becoming a Responsible Owner. I find this one way that America can use the Power of “We the People” to set an example for others in the Human Race beyond the 21st Century.

Adding My Opinion
December 30, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
Having done my due diligence and notified President Elect Obama Transition Team, Governor Easley of North Carolina, Senator Burr, and Congressman Brad Miller a few days before Christmas I look forward to challenging the political thinking of my learned and unlearned citizens on how the Children of the 21st Century can build a Better World than the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s. For limited only by the Bold Vision of the President of the United States of America and the “Freewill of We the People” let me stand on the ground between My Peers Unalienable Rights to be Parents and the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights of Their Children to be Adults about Mans’ Government and Society in order to bring a Point of Political Order. Since in my opinion President Elect Obamas’ First 100 Days Agenda should start out something like the following;
Item One Day One:
Immediately after being sworn in and duly accepting the Office of the President of the United States of America, I do believe that President Elect Obama should ask to be accepted in the Halls of the Senate so that he may sign into Law Americas’ Commitment to becoming Energy Independent over the next 5-10 years with the full blessing of the Congress. For why there are many ways that a Community and State may seek to become Energy Independent in order to follow the Freewill of Their Citizens, I do believe every Member of the House of Representatives and the Members of the Senate can see the Wisdom of creating a Comprehensive Economic, Energy, and Environmental Plan that can build the road to the Promise Land.
For why there probably exists as many alternatives to fossil fuels as there are opinions. Given the limited funds of Government and Society may I challenge My Democratic, Independent, and Republican Citizens to explore their homes, neighborhoods, and communities and compile a list of ideas on how with the assistance of their Democratic and Republican Elected Officials they can build a clean, safe, self-sufficient environment that will aid in America becoming Energy Independent. For can the local park be better served by a neighborhood work group instead of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City? Surely the savings on fuel alone would make it adventurous to offer the Needy Families in the neighborhood a stipend to help them through the rough times in exchange for policing the park. And why not all the issues that make up a Community is that easy to solve, I do believe that with all the individuals, groups, and organizations working toward the single goal of rebuilding the Infrastructure needed to make America Energy Independent that Common Ground between the two political extremes will be found.
Than in order to take advantage of the moment, I would sprint the President back to the White House for a meeting with his Cabinet and Staff to sign an Executive Order allowing the Department of Agriculture, Commerce, and HUD to study the feasibility of building a walk-in pantry equipped with growing chambers just off the kitchen of the average American Home in order to lesson Americas’ Demand for fresh fruit and vegetables on the Global Market. For more than a status of Bling-Bling, I do see it as a way for Government and Society to encourage the American Consumer to keep and maintain a private stock of healthy food while benefiting the Citizens of the World. And though it may force the College and Community to teach a new form of Gardening and Farming to the average citizen, I do believe that it would be a good way for the Children of the 21st Century to show the Dreamers of the 60’s that they missed an opportunity to ensure the Human Race that America can Feed the World.
Because why I realize that it will take some time before everyone can grow everything they use on a daily basis in their walk-in pantry, I do see the day when the family cook will be able to go to their walk-in pantry and collect the items needed to prepare the evening meal. For why I cannot imagine what kind of impact that the release of such technology will have on the global market, I do see that with such products as the Aero Garden and Environmental Control Chambers the possibility for individuals, neighborhoods, and communities to grow most of their own food supply as more of an argument of security. So, why I know that I put “We the Corporation” in a rare spot, I do believe that by President Elect Obama signing such an EO. America will be able to directly challenge the Radicals of Society leftover from the Late 60’s and Early 70’s.
And not wanting to see the President work hard on his first day, I would have him have a fireside chat with the American Public that evening. For having won on the Argument of Change and faced with the many test that tomorrow will bring I do see it as an excellent time to thank the Conservative Movement of the 80’s for their Trickledown Economic Theory; however, looking out into the Future and given the support of the Freewill of We the People I do believe that the Average American Citizen can support President Elect Obama signing an Executive Order officially ending Americas’ Race to the Bottom and beginning Americas’ Race to Balance through a Trickle Up Economic Theory.
For why it may be hard for My Democratic and Republican Peers to accept the fact that 30 years later America does hold the Cardinal Knowledge to solve such social issues as hunger and poverty. Knowing that these problems are going to have to be solved through the Argument of Labor and Management by My Peers and Their Children, I do believe that “IF” President Elect Obama was to follow this course of action that the world would be forever changed. So, why we wait for the President of the United States of America to deliver His Personal Bold Vision and the response of “We the People” let me assure My Fellow Democratic, Independent, and Republican Pundits that I await their response to letting the Children of the 21st Century building a Better World than the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s.

I will do a better job next year getting involved in the Daily Issues. So, enjoy your family and friends this Holiday Season and prepare for a debate. Because why My Peers will never ever let me build an Uncivilized World, I stand ready to debate any Human who believes that the Children of the 21st Century cannot build a Better World than the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s
Merry Christmas and a Happy New!

A Bump in the Road
December 23, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
With the conservatives screaming about the bailout of the automotive industry and banks, you would think that this type of economic breakdown has never happen. However, someone needs to remind the Youth that between 1968-1974 stocks lost more than 75% of their value because of the Ignorance of Man. And why that is just one in a long list of stock market crashes, I would like to hear their plan to do nothing except let the banks and car manufactures fall into Bankruptcy. For what would the World look like if 499 of the S&P closed their doors tomorrow and walked away? Does anyone care to give it a try?
No, America and the other Governments of Humanity have worked long and hard at trying to build a Better World over the last 30 years. Not Perfect nor intended to be, but one that has kept the World Leaders from blowing up the Earth, nonetheless. So My Democratic, Independent, and Republican Citizens, the way I look at this Opportunity of a Nation is that “We the People” can hide our heads in the sand and hope for the best and brightest in Washington to come up with a solution to the Issues of Man that they have been dealing with for the last 40 years. Or, We the People can help the Children of the 21st Century and President Elect Obama work with Congress and Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders to find a 3 Dimensional Political Viable Solution to the Issues facing “We the Corporation.”
For why I hope that one day someone will look into what Sec. of Treasury Snow did around 2004, I do believe that America is still going to need a strong Banking System and a solid Manufacturing Industry if America is going to stay Independent. So why a $1 trillion sounds like a lot of money, compared to over $52.5 Trillion per year in the current national power grid I do believe that it is a drop in the bucket so to say to what can be done by We the People if Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders were given the proper political and societal tools needed for the investors to see a safe and stable return. Because like the stock market crashes of the past and those in the future, the global economic meltdown and lack of credit is driven more by a lack of direction and leadership by Labor and Management than the fundamentals that govern profit and lost.
Yes, look at projects like the Hoover Dam, TTA, and the Highway Programs of our parents and grandparents not to include the Great Depression Work Programs and tell me that you would be where you are at today if Americas’ Ancestors refuse to accept that Life Changes on its own terms. And why I am sure that all the Issues of the Late 60’s and Early 70’s cannot be fixed tomorrow or the next 4-8 years. Limited to a personal opinion I can almost guarantee My Peers that their Children will have more questions than answers if My Conservative and Liberal Citizens would stop repetitive positions and start offering positive solutions to help Americas’ President and Congress tame the Political Winds of Change.
So, looking forward to getting back into blogging in the New Year in support of making America more than Energy Independent through Self-Sufficient Means I do hope that My Community Elders and Peers are ready to be shocked by Their Children and the Power of the President of the United States of America. For change is coming; however, knowing that it will by far more timid than mine I will try and respect the Spirit of the Law held by Americas’ Democratic and Republican Elected Civil, Political, and Religious Citizens and Leaders.

When Does Ignorance becomes Stupidity
October 27, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
When a Business refuses to take a $120.00 tax deduction and cost their Stockholders billions and trillions in investment over the last year can you claim that the Argument of Ignorance becomes the Argument of Stupidity?
Yes, in 2001 and 2004 the Republican Leadership of Congress had the opportunity to increase the hourly wages of American Workers by $3.00 and give the American Consumer an extra $516.00 per month thus insuring that the Market and the Government could of handled President Bush cutting a piece of gold in half and reducing the value of the dollar by 20%. However, after hearing the McCain/Palin ticket and the Right-wing Media bash the Obama/Biden ticket for wanting to “Spread the Wealth Around” I have to call into the judgment of the RNC and their Presidential Candidate. For at war with an enemy who claims that the Republican Leadership is not smart enough to solve the flight of the Poor in the world and wanting to reduce taxes to pay for the war even more I would like to hear how a business owner can justify to their Advertisers, Customers, Employees, and Investors how them saving a Ben Franklin is good for the economy?
And to hear this same citizens cry that they deserve a larger tax break when proportionally for the last 8 years they enjoyed a thousand times more than the average hourly worker; yet, produced nothing of value. I can see and understand why the Democratic Leadership is ready to increase their taxes back to where they were in the 1990’s. So, before you say that Obama is wrong you might want to ask yourself how does the McCain/Palin ticket plan to ensure your business that you will have costumers when by their own Logic and Reason the bottom 40% of Consumers in America do not need no more money to pay their bills or buy the Goods and Services of the Market?

False Claim of Sexism
September 13, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
Before the Republicans start accusing others of sexism they may want to explain why the GOP has done nothing to stop the “School Girl Palin” action figure from being sold. True, the word “Lipstick” may have created a diversion in the media, but as a shot of reality. I have to ask the Conservative Ladies of Society if they believe that it is appropriate for their first female VP Candidate to be shown in such a demeanor.
Yes, it seems IMHO that a false claim of sexism has been leveled against Obama just to cause a divide in the country. For unless the Right is willing to admit that they do not know the difference between a pit bull and a pig than I do believe that the Republican Leadership has a lot of explaining to do. Because given the Argument of Class, does having their VP Candidate and a Governor of a State dressed and sold as a School Girl?

Pigs Pitbulls and Hockey Moms
September 10, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
Waking up to hear that the Republicans cannot tell the difference between pigs, pit bulls, and hockey moms made me laugh. For given the argument of poor judgment I do believe that this fake outrage shows the ignorance of the right about a saying that is old as the hills themselves. For other than the word “Lipstick” what other words spoke by Obama even mentioned Palin?
No, as a Gentleman I will let the Ladies of Society fight over the Stupidity of the McCain Ticket to use this tactic as a way to avoid the real issues that face our nation. Because why Obama statements clearly are referring to the policies and positions of the Republican Leadership, I do believe that the women of the right need to open their eyes and see that Mrs. Palin is being used as a pawn in this game of politics. For other than securing the Base of the Party, can a real Conservative tell me what else she brings to the party?

233 Years of Principles and Standards
September 6, 2008 by ItheConsumer.
Wanting to remain neutral in this election I ask my fellow Americans if they can show me any time in our history were a party ticket was formed with a candidate under active investigation for violation of the Law in which they will be sworn to protect and serve? No, than how can Senator McCain and Governor Palin claim to be Conservative? For even now she is receiving special treatment by her state general assembly by having the case against her fast tracked is she not? Therefore, I seek to ask the Republican Citizens and Lawyers how they can support such a ticket knowing those 233 years of Principles and Standards has been broken. Does this not cross the Line of Ignorance and demonstrate that the Change they claim to want to bring to Washington is that born of Stupidity?
No, I do not seek to destroy the Republican Party nor throw my support to the Obama/Biden Ticket this year; however, having watched both Candidates Presidential Candidates take on their respective Party Elders for the chance to seek the Highest Office in the Land. I cannot believe the average American Citizen would be so color blind (Red vs. Blue) as to give Al Qaeda and others in the World who stand against America and that for which SHE stands the very weapon that they have used against their Leaders. For why Governor Palin may be perfectly innocence in the charges leveled against her. So before you pull the lever this November ask yourself one thing. Are You Willing to Throw Away 233 Years of Principles and Standards based on your Party Beliefs or that which you know to be Right & True Regardless and still claim unequivocally you are an American Citizen?
