When you look at the problem in the Gulf created by the Elders and Powers-that-Be of Mankind do you see an Opportunity, a Problem, or a Solution looking for a Profit? Well, not to limit President Obama and Congress to the Measures We the People can take to remedy the broken oil pipe or Rules, Regulations, and Penalties which can be placed on BP and the Oil Industry. Let me talk about the Opportunity given to My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s and the Solutions looking for a Profit which await the Children of the 21^st Century bold enough to pursue the American Dream.

For why Al Qaeda and the Anti-Establishment may believe “We the People” are at fault in trying to build a Better World, knowing every Human over the age of 30 was given the Opportunity to become Anti-Authoritarian for the purpose of proving to the Powers-that-Be of the 70’s that it is possible to make every Human on Earth economically viable and financially independent I do thank President Obama and My Elders of the Human Race for standing their Political Ground in this 2010 Election. Because why Main Street may have to have a serious General Discussion with Wall Street and Washington, I hold no fear in stepping into the Fertile Ground of the next 100 years.

Because why it is true that BP and other Individual Corporations can play the Blame Game with Americas’ Democratic and Republican Leadership for the next 20-40 years in order to settle their debt and penalties. The CEO, Board of Directors, and International Stockholders can also use the same time and money to help Americas’ Institutions become Economic, Energy, and Environmentally Independent through a Comprehensive Plan to Explore, Study, and Develop the Sustainability of the Gulf of Mexico producing Energy, Food, and Tourism. For why I realize it could be said that the Party of No would like to close the Gulf of Mexico down. In seeking the Solutions to fix the broken pipe and clean up the oil fields I do believe the polluted Mississippi Delta and clean seashore deserves the Investment Power of the American Consumer, Small Business Owner, and Taxpayer as well as Big Corporations and Money Makers.

For why it will take some serious education of Americas Engineers and Scientists to learn as much as today’s Doctors know about the Human Body in order to even discover how Nature keeps the abundance of Life in the Gulf of Mexico. Looking out past the next half of a century, I wonder how many new products and services will be made in order to not only solve the problems of oil spills, but prepare the affected area for regeneration in the next 5-10 years by Enterprising American Privateers.

With a legal document and Id so easily falsified I do wonder if the Governor of Arizona would care to prove to the World she is an American under the terms of Probably Cause as known in the Late 60’s and Early 70’s in America? For why I can’t speak for every American who opposes the State Law as written, having the pleasure of being old enough to remember how the Good Old Boy System has taken advantage of many of Americans in the past I do believe the Rights of the State could be enhanced by requiring State and Federal Oversight to any human being charged for not being able to prove they are an American or in the Country legally.

For why the new law does give the Local Authority the opportunity to hold an individual until proper Id can be confirmed and should help the Police and Federal Officers do their job in a timely fashion. Without the protection of the Court to insure the Law Enforcement respect the Civil and Constitutional Rights of Humans in their care I do wonder about the fairness of such writing. Because why one could talk about the long standing Freedom Mexicans have had crossing Americas’ Southern Border for the last 100 plus years, I do believe the Federal Border can be secured while providing Americas’ Commerce with the Unskilled Labor.

Because although it would take President Obama and the President of Mexico to establish the Porthole on both sides of the Borders to hook up Jobs Needs to Jobs Wanted in Americas’ Commerce and Industry Unskilled Labor Market on a Daily, Weekly, and Year-round Employment. For why eliminating the need to smuggle the Mexicans coming to America to look for work will help lessen the burden of Border Patrols as well as take away funds from the Mexican Black Market. Freeing up the Border Patrols to hunt people crossing the Rio Grande for other reasons should help the Local and State Authority provide a safe community for their citizenry.

So why I can understand why the Governor of Arizona and the State Assembly would pass a Law that would require anyone stopped during a Legal Encounter to show Proof of who they are and where they live; however, I do wonder if they are willing to provide their Citizenry and Visitors with a Full Proof Way of proving to the Local Police Officer their Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights to be in the Country Legally. For why the Intent of the Law does follow the Spirit I am afraid given the Nature of the Beast and Man that too many loopholes exists which will allow the Undesirable to skirt the Law. Thus, I do hope that the Democratic and Republican in Arizona can readdress the issue and provide further guidance on how the Local and State Authority can use the Idea to legally detain those citizens who lack the proper paperwork or community support to prove their Identity.

Why enlightening My Brothers and Sisters of the 70’s about the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights of the Children of the 21^st Century is a game of Logic and Reason I find amazing. I still find it astonishing that it is the Teachable Moments of Time which allows the Common Human to question the Experts and Institutions of Mankinds’ Government and Society. And why the following is in no way a ditch on Americas’ Democratic and Republican Think Tanks of the 20^th Century. I do believe the failure of the Oil Industry to properly deal with the broken pipe in the gulf goes to prove that the Corporations of World needs the Knowledge and Wisdom of Today’s Youth to solve the problems of the Establishment of the 20^th Century.

For example; knowing that a broken pipe on land can be fixed easily with a clamp and moped up using a Wet-Vac I realize that a broken pipe a mile under water has its own set of unique problems to overcome; however, I have to ask the Oil Industry if they believe the Government of We the People should have to provide the underwater clamps and a Wet-Vac Ship capable of reaching a mile or more to recovery the loss resources of Nature. And though I realize that goes further than even President Obama and Congress is willing to talk about, I do believe that a Politically Viable Solution can be worked out between the opposing parties that will lead to the Children of the 22^nd Century having the same opportunities as the Youth of the 60’s and Silver Spoons of the 70’s.

Because why only about 100 years of Natural Gas may get the Children of the 21^st Century, I do believe with a piece tag of over $40 billion dollars that the Ideology of Making the Consumer Whole should be the Guiding Light Americas’ Democratic and Republican Elected Officials look at as they work to get Americas’ Government and Society ready for a Race to the Top. For why barriers can be built to offset the impact of future spills on the gulf hatcheries, I do believe with a little innovation that the average citizen could offer Oil, Solar, and Wind Energy off the same platform. For why the cost of recovery of the Oil may mean additional costs to the oil well owner just as the shoreline clean up, I do believe My Powers-that-Be need to talk to the Elders about rethinking the layout of the Gulf of Mexico. Since the National Power Grid would have to be rethought in order to provide a secured system from Man and Mature. So hopefully folks like Rush and Company will question why Americas’ Democratic and Republican Leadership insist on calling a Comprehensive National Energy Plan for the 21^st Century a Cap and Trade Bill. Nevertheless, wondering what a 3 Giga Watt Society will look like by the year 2025 I hope the Elders are ready to discuss Political Think Tank Questions of the 21^st Century based on the Ideology of Building a Better World.
