Is Senator Jim Demint asking the States to surrender their Rights to Choice?

One would hope and think that a Senator from the first state to succeed from the Union during the Civil War would know better than to introduce the idea that the Federal Government is going to tell the States to give up their Rights to Choice who does business within their borders. Talk about a Political Oops from a Republican Party Leader who says their Ideology is to protect Individual and States Rights from the Democratic Party. For why I’ll have to let you decide if it was done out of Political Ignorance or falls into the Creek of Political Stupidity by the young Senator, but in my opinion as an Unlearned Unbridled Anti-Authoritarian Child of the 70’s by Freewill and Self-Nature it is important enough to the Lone Voices lost in the Wilderness that a strong response is warranted.

For why not the first comment by the so-called No-Nothing Party to cross the line and give me the power to respond boldly, I do wonder if his comment will not be his Waterloo. For how ridiculous is it for a Republican to suggest that the best way to reduce health care costs is force States to open their doors and submit their citizens to every insurance company in America. Especially since the party loyal have always respected the States and Individual Rights?

Yes, Senator Demint may have the Guaranteed Civil and Constitutional Rights to voice his own opinion; however, after listening to him on Wolf just a few minutes ago. I have to wonder how much support his idea has with the rest of the Washington Republicans and Conservatives across the Land. Since why I may accept Congress lessening the restrictions that allow a list of Approved Health Insurance Companies to apply to the States for permission to do business within their borders, but to be honest. I would rather see a Pig Fly than to have the Federal Government order any State to accept some of the Insurance Companies doing so-called business. For does Senator Demint think that corporations like United Health are not going to play the Big Bad Wolf with their $800 million dollars a quarter profit?

So please, for the sake of the sanity of the nation start teaching the Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders the meaning of stupidly. Because why I may not agree with the Democratic Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders on all (if any) of the issues, I’m getting real weary of defending a political party that does not seem to learn from their own mistakes. For why Management should have a seat at the table with Labor, if the last 8 years of Political Incorrectness from both side of the political coin of life has not shown you that there is a better way forward. What will?

Linking Health Care to Health Education

As your Representatives and Senators return home for their summer vacation after failing to send President Obama a health care reform bill that he can sign. It occurs to me that they need help linking health care to health education. So why I cannot tell you to contact them, I do believe that in order to reduce fraud, lower medical expenses, and renew a commitment to bring Americans a better Health Care Industry that both the Left and Right needs to be enlightened on the problems face by the American Public and Medical Industry as early as the 1930’s and the challenges that must be met in the 21st century. And why certainly no expert on the subject, I do believe all one has to do is ask their parents and grandparents about the medical care and services they received in the 1950’s; 60’s; and 70’s compared to today. For why I am sure that there are some places in America were you can find only one doctor for an entire town or a county hospital that looks like something out of an old movie; however, ask your Representative or Senator how most of the hospitals and medical facilities got the money so they could afford the state of the art emergency rooms and equipment we see today.

Because why linking to how America changed the way the populous are administrated their health care today would be information overload, you might be surprised to know that the cost for every ambulance to cutting edge laser surgery has been paid for by your insurance premiums. And why I have no doubt that without these funds most Americans would still be thinking that cod liver oil was the best cure for what is wrong with you. I do recognize that in the 21st century a more intelligent path needs to be found that not only will keep all Americans receiving the best health care possible, but make it easier for the Patient and Doctor to do what is necessary to insure that the best of our grandparents’ ideas are passed to future generations.

For why it would be nice to have the health care of the President of the United States and have a one on one relationship with a medical staff that follows you around; nevertheless, stepping just short of that argument in my opinion any health care bill reaching the Presidents’ Desk could, should, would include a section that would promote every Individual American having the Self-Knowledge of First-Aid and Basic EMT training. Because I believe the best way to eliminate fraud, unnecessary medical procedures and tests, and insurance increases is to ensure that all future generations understands the difference between what medicine can do and what the individual is going to have to live with. Since even the best scientists today can’t explain how hot tea and honey can help with the symptoms of the common cold.

Yes, our grandparents of the Great Depression along with the Congress of their time did have the right idea of allowing Americas’ Business Owners to offer insurance as a benefit to their employees. For even today you would be hard pressed to find someone who would by health insurance instead of keeping a roof over their family head or putting food on the table. Besides, allowing those expenses to be written off as the cost of doing business (Pre-taxable Income) the actual cost of insuring every Working American results in the government not receiving taxes on money made in the open market.

So why are more and more companies opting out of the program, claiming that costs don’t allow them to make a profit? Well, I’ll leave that up to your Representatives and Senators to explain since it gets into part of the Establishment that I was told to is off limits to me. Nevertheless, this is another section of health care reform that needs to be addressed by Congress. For with Major Corporations making record profits while the Mom and Pop operations are struggling to make payroll. In my opinion, it has more to do with paperwork and reimbursements than the big bad business owner of the 21st century wanting to play Scrooge. Since I wonder how many business owners not providing insurance today if Congress would give them a tax credit on the money that they plan to spend on insurance this year instead of making them wait to write the expense off at the end of the year.

Now, I’m not going to say that the Nay Sayers and Special Interest Groups are going to have more influence over your Representative or Senator; however, I can say that if enough Americans speak out publicly on the obscenity of the manner in which the current Health Industry operates that Congress will be forced to act regardless. So why Health Care may be the game in Washington. Seeing that Americas’ Democratic and Republican Civil, Political, and Religious Leaders are bound to protect the Rights of Ignorance shouldn’t the name of the game played by “We the People” be Health Education for the Status Quo?

Americans’ Need a New Car

The idea that I agree with something done by Americas’ Democratic and Republican Leaders in Congress should send chills down the spine of every America; nevertheless, I do believe the program that gives you a $4,500.00 instant rebate on purchasing a car with higher gas mileage will not only help the Bad Boys of Detroit put many Auto Workers back on the job, but offer 250 million American Consumers the opportunity to increase their personal income. And why I doubt if every American able to buy a new car this year will take full advantage of the program, I do believe that with the proper education more citizens will select the vehicles that return their monthly fuel bills back to $.99 cents a gallon.

Yes, simple math can turn that old clunker that gets 9-15 mpg into a new vehicle that can literally cut the amount of money you spend on gas in half if not more. For why 27-38 mpg may limit your selection of vehicles this year, given the fact that the increase in fuel mileage will put hundreds if not thousands of dollars back in the pockets of the American Consumer. I do believe with over 250 million cars and trucks on the road today Congress will find it almost impossible to stop the tax incentive once more and more banks and citizens become aware that the cost of the new car is actually lower than the payments of models made just a few months ago. Since knowing that the average American drives more than 12,000 miles a year, I do believe the difference of paying $11,880.00 a year ($.99 cents per gal) for gas compared to $29,760.00 per year ($2.48/gal) plus a $4,500.00 instant federal rebate should overwhelm the car dealers and the institutions that make the loans.

So why I may not be able to get a loan as a Poor Working American to take advantage of the first round of funding for the program. I do hope that all Americans will wake up and realize that at least one of the programs in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act stands to make a huge impact on at least 250 million Americans in just a few months. For from the auto workers that get to keep their jobs to the shoe salesmen who gets commission for selling a new pair of shoes. It is ideas like this one that will not only help Americans reach energy independence, but lead the way for “We the People” to rebuild an economy for the 21st century.
